CLIENT GUIDE / WORKING TOGETHER

CREATIVE WORK.
CLEAR SCOPE.

Bringing a character, comic or campaign to life should begin with a clear brief and an agreed scope, not guesswork about deliverables, rights or revision costs.

01 / FROM IDEA TO DELIVERY

A PROJECT STARTS
WITH A PLAN.

This is a guide to preparing a commission, not a binding promise of price, turnaround, revision count, or licensing terms. The actual agreement for each project should specify those details before work begins.

03 / CREATE & REVIEW

Review against the brief

Agree on feedback rounds, approval milestones, significant change requests, and how reference consistency will be checked.

02 / COMMON CLIENT QUESTIONS

NO MYSTERY.
JUST CLARITY.

Answers that help you make informed decisions before commissioning art or creative production.

Can I request work even if my idea isn't fully developed?

Yes, the first inquiry can describe a rough concept. Use the guided brief builder to organize the idea. We should agree on any extra development or writing work in the project scope.

Does AISYS Studios use AI in its production process?

AI-assisted tools may be used alongside editing, storytelling, composition, direction and quality review. The degree of AI involvement and any tool-specific restrictions should be discussed before production. We don't describe AI-generated concept material as hand-drawn or as completed client commissions.

What references should I send?

Useful references include characters, brand assets, sketches, visual direction, color preferences, output specifications and examples of what to avoid. Share only material you own or are authorized to provide. Start with links and descriptions; do not send passwords or sensitive personal data.

How are prices and deadlines determined?

Each inquiry is reviewed for complexity, number of deliverables, image or video length, reference consistency, licensing needs, and revision requirements. No public price or completion date on this website is a firm quote; timing and cost are agreed for each project.

What are revisions, and how many are included?

The included revision rounds should be stated in the individual project agreement. Small corrections and major changes of direction are different kinds of work; we should define both before production rather than assume unlimited revisions.

Can I use the finished artwork commercially?

Commercial use, exclusivity, redistribution, character ownership, third-party model restrictions, and permitted deliverables must be clearly documented for the specific commission. Nothing on this website automatically transfers intellectual-property rights or guarantees exclusive rights.

Will I receive editable files or only final exports?

Discuss the required files before commissioning: for example PNG, JPG, PDF, layered source files, editable design assets, or video formats. Availability depends on the production workflow. Source files and editable materials should not be assumed unless they are in the scope.

How do I submit my first inquiry?

Use the project brief builder or the inquiry form. The inquiry form sends submissions through Formspree, which confirms whether it accepted the request. If submission fails, use the listed studio email instead. Sending a brief does not establish a commission or a contract.
